Kaia turned 4 months old a couple of weeks ago! She is now in the 80th percentile for height and 56th for weight. After starting in the 30th for both, we are pretty excited to see her growing like a weed. Tim and I thank God every day for bringing her in to our lives. She loves her Baby Einstein, Grandpa calls it "her comfort Einstein." She's starting to reach out and grab things, like the dogs, her mobile and Mommy's hair and glasses. She's getting very close to rolling over and sitting up, and loves to grab her toes while on the changing table. Her constant babbling, noises, and expressions make us smile from ear to ear. She has gotten very good at communicating what she wants, whether it's to eat, sleep, or to play with a certain toy and is also recognizing her name. She is getting over her first cold (probably from all the kisses she gives) and has learned to make a new noise after watching me - she sticks out her tongue and blows! It's currently her favorite thing to do, even in the middle of the night. I will have to get it on video. She fills our lives with so much JOY!
